Waarrior Savitri is a 2016 Hindi, a modern-day adaption of the very famous fable – Satyavan Savitri, written and directed by Param Gill.The film stars Niharica Raizada,Rajat Barmecha, Om Puri,Karmveer Choudhary and Gulshan Grover. Plot
The film opens with a Himalayan mountaineer, Shivaay, rapelling down a steep and dangerous cliff in the Himalayas. Shivaay lives alone in a small house in the mountains and makes a living by providing treks and climbing expeditions to tourists. On one such trek he meets the beautiful Olga, a student from Bulgaria and saves her from an avalanche. They eventually fall in love. Olga becomes pregnant. He implores her to remain in India with him, but despite her love for Shivaay, Olga does not want the child.. She wants to return to Bulgaria and asks Shivaay to return with her but he cannot adapt to that life. He begs her to give him the child after which he will not stop her. Olga has a beautiful daughter, Gaura, who looks just like her mother, and asks Shivaay to tell the daughter that her mother passed away, and leaves India forever.
Eight years later Shivaay leads a happy life with Gaura in the mountains. There is a turn when Gaura discovers her mother's last letter and confronts Shivaay and insists to be taken to Bulgaria. Shivaay and Gaura arrive in Sofia and begin looking for Olga. During this time Shivaay discovers that young children are being trafficked through Bulgaria. He saves one young child and this is reported in the press. Shivaay requests the Indian embassy for help in tracing Olga and is assigned to Anu, an eager young officer at the embassy. The traffickers, led by the baron Ustinov and his right hand man, the unseen Changez, come after Shivaay and kidnap Gaura. Shivaay chases the van destroying various cars and causing the unintentional death of a police officer in the process. He loses the van and is arrested by the Bulgarian police and charged with murder and trafficking. The latter charge is applied because he was never married to Olga and the police therefore refuse to believe that Gaura, who is fair skinned, is his own daughter.
Shivaay breaks out of the police transport killing another officer in the process and reaches Anu who advises him to surrender. The other embassy officer explains that the trafficking trade is worth billions and is operated by very dangerous men with deep police and political connections. Shivaay meets Anu privately but she alerts the cops and Shivaay is nearly arrested again. He escapes and disappears into the streets. He visits various slums and brothels asking about his daughter and ends up busting open a small flesh trade den and liberating many young children. Anu is shocked at Shivaay's rage until her own father explains that they are merely the actions of a desperate father. When Shivaay brings one of the saved prostitutes to Anu's home and asks Anu to help her out, Anu has a complete change of heart and agrees to help Shivaay locate his daughter even if it means going outside legal limits.
Anu and Shivaay seek the help of Anu's wannabe boyfriend and computer hacker Wahab to recover CCTV footage of Shivaay's various chases. Shivaay is able to identify Ivanovich and, through Wahab's computer hacking, is able to lure Ivanovich to a trap. After a vicious fight, Ivanovich reveals Ustinov's location and the reference to Changez. Olga, having now seen television coverage of Shivaay, meets Shivaay and joins the quest to find Gaura. Arriving at Ustinov's mountain lodge, Shivaay finds Ustinov dead, and finds the bodies of various children, who were victims of the organ trade, in the basement. He discovers that Gaura has been taken away to Romania to be sold into the flesh trade. Shivaay deduces that Changez has to be a dirty cop: only a cop would be able to trace the CCTV computer download and thus beat Shivaay to the Ustinov cabin.
Shivaay chases after the transport van carrying his daughter off to Romania. He uses his advanced mountain skills to scale the Balkan mountains near Vidin-Calafat and stop the van. A prolonged and vicious fight ensues as Changez, now revealed to be Captain Nikolai of the Bulgarian Police, attacks Shivaay. After a savage hand-to-hand fight, Shivaay kills Changez with a three-pronged ice stalactite. Gaura is reunited with Olga who is now married to a wealthy Bulgarian and can provide Gaura with every comfort. Shivaay is devastated at the prospect of losing Gaura, but, seeing as Olga now beseeches him, he leaves for the airport with a heavy heart. The film ends as Gaura runs into Shivaay's arms and rips up his tickets before he boards the plane.

Plot
A chance meeting between Ayan Sanger (Ranbir Kapoor) and Alizeh Khan (Anushka Sharma) ends up with both kissing instinctively. Later, when both break up with their respective lovers, Lisa D'Souza (Lisa Haydon) and Dr. Faisal Khan (Imran Abbas), the two begin to spend time together at discos, restaurants and tourist places. While Ayan falls in love with Alizeh, she considers him to be a friend. One day, Alizeh stumbles upon Ali (Fawad Khan), her ex-boyfriend, who wants to reconcile with her. Ayan learns that Saba is divorced and has no place for love in her heart. Ayan also meets Saba's ex husband Tahir Taliyar Khan (Shah Rukh Khan) in a gallery, who tells him that love is not a weakness but empowering. Ayan who had blocked Alizeh from everywhere, finally calls and reconnects with her. Ayan begins to send pictures of Saba to Alizeh to induce jealousy. One day Alizeh informs Ayan that she's coming to Vienna and wants to meet him. Ayan invites her for dinner, but Alizeh thinks Ayan has finally found love in Saba and is happy for him. Meanwhile Saba begins to develop feelings for Ayan but he still loves Alizeh.
Ayan continues to harbour love for Alizeh and becomes a famous singer. He meets Ali one day and realises that Alizeh and he have parted ways. Ayan goes to Alizeh's favourite point and waits there until she arrives. Alizeh tells Ayan that she is diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer and will not live much longer. Ayan and Alizeh try to make the best of their last few moments together. Ayan tries to make Alizeh love him but Alizeh is stubborn. This leads to a fight between the two, and Alizeh decides to leave him. Eventually, Ayan makes peace with the fact that he and Alizeh can at best be friends and nothing more. The screen blacks out and goes back to the beginning where Ayan, still a popular singer is giving a interview based on the love of his life (Alizeh, who has already died). Ayan sings the song "Channa Mereya" which is inspired by Alizeh, then finishes the interview.

Plot
The film is set in Mumbai and Goa. Kaira is a promising cinematographer. Fatima, Jackie and Ganju are her three best friends. Her cheerful life becomes a nightmare when the guy she loves, a film producer, Raghuvendra ends up engaged to someone else, and for whom she breaks up with a restobar owner, Sid, in between. Her landlord turns her out of her apartment because the building association wants to rent apartments only to married couples. This serves as a catalyst for her shift to Goa to live with her parents, a fact she detests. All this ends up with her spending many sleepless nights.
While in Goa she seeks out Dr. Jehangir Khan, a Goan psychologist after accidentally having heard him talk at a Mental Health Awareness Conference for her insomnia. Meanwhile, she meets a musician, Rumi, with whom she starts to develop feelings for but ditches before anything serious can happen. She also meets her younger brother, Kiddo. Matters with her family come to a head when Kaira bursts out at a family get-together and confronts her parents about their abandonment of her for years at her grandparents' house.
She finally narrates the story of her abandonment to Jug who tells her that she fears abandonment so much that she doesn't allow herself to commit in relationships for fear of being abandoned. He convinces her that she doesn't need to forgive her parents for abandoning her but she can as an adult see them as two regular people who made a mistake. He says, "Don't let the past blackmail your present to ruin a beautiful future." After this, Kaira makes an effort to reconcile with her parents and also works to finish her short film.
The movie ends with a viewing of Kaira's film where she meets a furniture dealer who might turn out to be a prospective lover.

Plot
Akira Sharma is a little girl in a small town who lives happily with her father and mother. One day, she witnesses a crime involving a group of unruly men ruthlessly throwing acid on a young woman's face. Akira helps police to catch the criminal, but the accomplices of the criminal swear vengeance. Akira's father realizes the importance of self defense and enrolls her in a self defense class. One day on her way to home, Akira notices gang members who scared her tease another girl. She beats them up, but one of them takes out a bottle of acid to throw acid on Akira. When it backfires on him, Akira is accused of throwing acid on his face and is sent to juvenile jail.
Fourteen years later, Akira has grown into a brave and headstrong young woman, but her father has died. Akira and her mom move in with her brother, who she hates because he left them to marry. Akira joins Holy Cross College and lives in hostel, as her mom decides to stay back with her brother, while taking care of his child. A couple of students try to bully her but end up learning the hard way to not mess with her. One night, an inspector runs into one of the college professors with his car and beats him up because the professor is upset about the policeman's behavior. The college students reach out to the commissioner with the aid of a strike. The police brutally beats them up and tries to move all of the students away; only Akira remains. She hands over the signed petition sheet and the information to the commissioner when he arrives.
Couple of days later, the same police man who hit the professor robs and kills a man. When he admits this on the phone at his girlfriend's place, she records his confession and decides to show it to her friends. At the last moment, her camera with all the information is stolen, and someone blackmail the policeman. All this makes the inspector nervous; he kills his girlfriend and begins researching who is behind this. This case is handled by ACP Rabiya because she knows it was a murder and not a suicide. One day, Akira finds a bag full of stolen items, including the camera, in front of her dorm. The policemen see her and take her away and decides to kill her. She sees three of the policemen kill two other men. The main ACP calls them and tells them they have the wrong girl, but because she saw everything to just shoot her. She escapes, goes to her principal, and tells him everything that has happened. He tells her he would love to help her but can only in the morning.
Suddenly, the cops take her away, and, with the help of a doctor, they give her shocks and injection in order to prove to the world that she is mentally unstable. She flees from the hospital with the help of another patient, Rani. She decides to prove her innocent but can only do so if one of the policemen speaks up. She kidnaps one, but she is caught by ACP himself. They try to kill her, but ACP Rabiya saves her. Rabiya is immediately stopped by the commissionaire because revealing the ACP can cause riots as the man killed by ACP in the car is brother of some strong politician . She has to let the case go and leave but tells Akira that everything will be OK, though she can not save her and she will be compensated for all this later on. Akira kills all of those corrupt inspectors after Rabiya leaves but still goes with the mental hospital to be proven mentally unstable when it occurs. She is released three months later. Akira decides to follow her dads footsteps by helping other kids.

Aditya has some strange premonition about all the events taking place in Shaina’s life. He offers to help her to fight the spirt and free his lady love from all the pain she is going through. Although, Shaina doesn’t believe him at first, certain series of events make her believe that the spirit has something to do with her husband Rehaan. She finds out that he is keeping ‘Raaz’ which has now started to haunt their life. And in the end it is found out that Aditya is the real ghost whom Rehaan had killed previously to protect Shaina from his bad intentions.

The vote is passed and when the farm representative threatens to expose Maham – by revealing why Maham was banished from the neighboring city of Harappa – Maham promptly kills him.
Sarman meets the beautiful Chaani, daughter of the head priest of Mohenjo Daro and the ‘Chosen One’ who will liberate the city and bring a new dawn. He leads the farmers of Mohenjo Daro to oppose Maham’s new taxes. (Maham’s soldiers threaten to kill him but Sarman, speaking for the farmers, says he prefers to die himself over paying the higher taxes which will invariably starve his family.) He gains access to the upper city by brandishing his uncle’s amulet and, after saving Chaani from stampeding horses, he meets her father, the priest who, strangely, appears to recognize him. Sarman and Chaani profess their mutual love for each other but Chaani tearfully reveals that she has been forcibly betrothed to Moonja. After a dance at the new moon festival Maham realizes Sarman and Chaani love each other and that Sarman is the leader of the tax revolt. Maham is about to pronounce death upon Sarman but upon realizing the people are rallying behind him Maham demurs and shrewdly offers Sarman the Bakar-Zokhar challenge. Sarman proposes that if he wins then Chaani will be released from her engagement. It is accepted.
The head priest visits Sarman in his cell. He reveals how Maham was expelled from Harappa for illegally trading seesham (rosewood) trees with Sumerians. Maham entered Mohenjo Daro as a trader and quickly rose to become the trade chief in the city council. Maham had discovered that the mighty Sindhu river held vast gold deposits and so Maham proposed a grand plan to dam the river and divert its course so as to mine the gold and enrich Mohenjo Daro. The wise and upright premier Srujan opposed this plan but Maham somehow thwarted him and built the dam. Maham later had Srujan framed and falsely arrested for hoarding gold. With great remorse the head priest recounts how he and Durjan (Sarman’s uncle) were threatened by Maham to oppose Srujan. Srujan was killed. The priest reveals that Sarman is Srujan’s son and it is up to him to purge the evil Maham.
Sarman faces the most ferocious Tajik mountain cannibals Bakar and Zokhar in a colosseum style arena. After a long and vicious battle he kills one of the cannibals but spares the other and the crowds of Mohenjo Daro surge even stronger behind him. Maham is enraged and now urges Moonja to finish the priest and Chaani. Moonja storms the sacred temple and kills the priest and goes after Chaani. Sarman saves Chaani and kills Moonja.
Sarman leads the people back to the city council to challenge Maham. Chaani exposes Maham’s grand plan to use the gold from the Sindhu to enrich himself and to smuggle in brass and bronze weapons from the West. Sarman forces a vote of confidence in the city council where all the chiefs now stand against Maham. The people elect Sarman as the new premier but Sarman suggests Mohenjo Daro needs a people’s government, not a premier.
The Sindhu river, held by the slowly cracking dam, is about to flood. Sarman realizes that the dam will burst and the city will be submerged. As the river slowly breaks through the dam Sarman rallies the people to lash boats together and form a floating bridge. They all evacuate Mohenjo Daro and cross over the bridge to the other side of the river. The dam collapses and the river crashes into the city. Maham, chained in the city square, is drowned. The once renowned Mohenjo Daro is no more. Then the survivors migrate in search of a better place. The final scenes show them in another river basin, Sarman names the new river Ganga and the movie ends.

Suresh 'Suru' Mukund (Varun Dhawan) wants to be a big dancer to fulfill his mother's wish. Vinnie (Shraddha Kapoor) wants to be the best hip-hop dancer. Childhood friends from suburban Nalasopara, Mumbai, they form a team and participate in a national level competition "Hum Kisi Se Kum Nahin" where they are disqualified from the grand finale as their moves are revealed to be copied from the performance act of the "Philippine All Stars" and the judges term them cheaters. Everyone departs to search for jobs. Suru returns to work in a bar as a waiter, Vinnie rejoins a beauty parlour and Vernon (Sushant Pujari) gets back as a delivery boy where, time and again, they are insulted as cheaters. The departure of angry teammates adds injury to insult, and nothing is set to be corrected.
Suru hopes to remove the negative tag by planning to win a grandeur hip-hop competition in Las Vegas. One day he watches Vishnu (Prabhudeva) dance in the bar and convinces him repeatedly to be their choreographer. They audition for people and collect the team. They visit the qualifiers in Bangalore, where they are pre-insulted as cheaters, but manage to win it after Vishnu begs the audience for one last chance for the team. Although things are fine, Suru is broken when Shetty Anna (Murli Sharma), the owner of the bar where he is employed, refuses to provide him financial support extending to Rs. 25 lakhs, something he had earlier publicly promised to Suru at the time of the "Hum Kisi Se Kum Nahin" finale. However, Vishnu manages to get the money from Crocxz's (Raghav Juyal) uncle who he convinces, after Suru loses hope when Vishnu gets angry at his inability to arrange team funds. Later they prepare to go to Las Vegas, but Vinod (Punit Pathak), a deaf-mute dancer, learns that Vishnu has ulterior motives to go to Vegas, and, as a matter of fact, he had deliberately impressed Suru and friends to procure a way out for his plan. In Las Vegas they win the qualifiers. Later Vishnu leaves the hotel with team money to meet his son Manu (Jineet Rath), whose mother, Swati (Tisca Chopra) is married to another man and has moved on in life. He talks to Manu and leaves with a contented heart.
In the meantime, Vinnie gets injured due to excessive rehearsal and is replaced by Olive (Lauren Gottlieb), and Vishnu discovers this while thanking friend Gopi (Ganesh Acharya), who works in a bar-cum-hotel. . At the same time, Suru is enraged when he finds Vishnu missing and tries to proceed with jam sessions all on his own, but in vain. Vishnu returns while trying to save the day for Suru from the German team as they get into a fight, later admitting he had made a 'mistake' leaving without permission although he didn't want to lose a family he had yearned to create in years, apologizes, is forgiven by Suru, and the team enters the finals. Across rehearsals, Olive gets close to Suru and a jealous Vinnie tells Suru she loves him. Although Olive has feelings for Suru, an in-person conversation with Vinnie assures Olive that Suru had that inherent charm with nothing to do about his sweetness, and she agrees to continue with the Indian Stunners after Vinnie recovers. The team enters the final, where Vinod's health worsens during a fictitious assemblage and the Indian Stunners end up making this grave mistake in the formation only to fall down, since D (Dharmesh Yelande) knew about Vinod's tuberculosis problem. Everyone has almost given up after the accident, when Vinod convenes his fault to Suru, who forgoes it and the others return to make the formation with success with Vinod at the bottom. Though they don't win the competition as the German team won the competition, they do win the hearts of millions, with Suru lending a voiceover narrative about his mother's motivational lessons on dance.
